Psychology professor published in nicotine and tobacco research journal

Matthew Palmatier, assistant professor of psychology, and colleagues from the University of Pittsburgh were recently published in Nicotine and Tobacco Research, a peer-reviewed journal examining the effects of nicotine and tobacco.

The research team's publication was "Varenicline dose-dependently enhances responding for non pharmacological reinforces and attenuates the reinforcement-enhancing effects of nicotine."
