Faculty mental health survey

Submitted by Kaitlin Vincent

Please consider supporting graduate students' research by taking a short survey. This survey was developed as a part of a Strategic Health Communication course at K-State. The purpose of this survey is to understand K-State faculty members' beliefs about mental health and mental health care.

The results from this study will inform the design of a health communication campaign to address mental health care service usage.

We understand that this topic may be sensitive. Therefore, the survey is completely anonymous and personal information that could identify you will not be asked or recorded.

This project has been approved by the Kansas State University Institutional Review Board, IRB No. 9726. You must be 18 years old or older and a current faculty member of Kansas State University to participate.

Thank you for your time.
