Mid-term academic progress reports on all freshmen due Oct. 1
This is a reminder that all teaching faculty, staff and graduate teaching assistants are asked to check their class rosters on iSIS to determine whether any freshmen students are enrolled in their courses. If one or more freshmen students are enrolled in any of your courses, you are requested to submit an academic progress report on those students.
Please go to “My Teaching Schedule” in iSIS. Those courses with freshmen enrolled will have a mid-term grade icon. Click on the icon and a list of the freshmen enrolled in the course will appear on the reporting form. Please mark each student with a “satisfactory” or “unsatisfactory” evaluation. For all unsatisfactory evaluations, please indicate one or more reasons. Once the form has been completed, click on the “save” button at the bottom of the form to submit your evaluations to the system.
