Limited access to W-2 forms during State of Kansas website system upgrade

The state of Kansas website will be unavailable on the following dates and times due to a system upgrade. Employees will be unable to print their W-2 forms during these times.
• 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, March 16.
• 6 p.m. Friday, March 29, through 7 a.m. Tuesday, April 2.
If you have not already printed your W-2 form, please take the necessary steps to ensure you obtain any required information outside of these dates/times. You may contact the HCS Transaction Call Center with questions at 785-532-1888.
