No vacation leave accrual with Nov. 30 paycheck

The Nov. 30 paycheck will be the third paycheck in the month of November, so employees will not accrue vacation leave with this paycheck.
Employees earn vacation leave accrue 22 out of the 26 pay periods, or 176 hours, each fiscal year. For fiscal year 2019, those paychecks with no vacation leave accrual include the paychecks dated Nov. 30, 2018, as well as May 31, June 14, and June 28, 2019.
