Fight Flu at KSU

Flu clinic

It's that time of year again — flu season. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, one of the best strategies to prevent the flu is to get vaccinated now.

Starting Monday, Oct. 1, drop by Lafene Health Center any time between 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or 1:30-4:30 p.m. and receive the flu vaccine. All students, faculty and staff are welcome to walk-in; no appointment necessary. Bring your student or staff ID and any insurance information. The cost is covered by most insurance companies.

Students getting their flu vaccine are eligible to win weekly prizes. K-State employees earn one HealthQuest credit.

For more information, visit the Lafene Health Center website.
