Submitted by Sarah McGreer Hoyt

Have you considered applying for funds from the Open/Alternative Textbook Initiative? Learn more from the K-State Libraries' Center for the Advancement of Digital Scholarship faculty members on Tuesday, Nov. 13, in 3046 College of Business Building.

For your convenience, the informational session will be offered at noon and again at 3 p.m. so you can attend the one that best fits your schedule.

The sessions will include the selection criteria, the application process, the potential savings for your students, the adaptability of open/alt classroom materials and resources for finding diverse educational materials for your course.

If you plan to follow along in the navigation or take notes, please bring a laptop or tablet. For more information and registration, visit the event website.
