Nominate students for Quest freshman honorary

Submitted by Meredith Clark

The application for Quest freshman honorary open is open until 11:59 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13.

Faculty and staff are invited to nominate freshmen students for the organization.

Quest is a student organization that works to develop freshmen leaders through campus involvement early in their college career. Upon selection, members of Quest are paired with a specific member of Blue Key to serve as their mentor. Under the leadership of Blue Key, Quest takes a behind-the-scenes look at everything that K-State has to offer. Past activities have included lunch with the K-State president, a Westside Stadium tour, a Call Hall ice cream tour, personal development workshops and much more. In addition, Quest allows student leaders to connect across campus through participating in service opportunities in Manhattan. Quest also provides the most ambitious freshmen leaders with the tools necessary to give back to the K-State family.

Quest members will host an interview workshop from 6-8 p.m. Sept. 11 in Town Hall at the Leadership Studies Building.
