Fouquette earns Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter designation

Lindsey Fouquette, executive recruitment manager, in Human Capital Services' Talent Solutions is a Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter.
Fouquette earned her certification from AIRS, a global leader in recruitment training, demonstrating her commitment to the field of talent acquisition and her own continued learning and development. For the class, Fouquette learned how to create a recruiting presence and also how to successfully find candidates from social media resources. She learned how to create a viable and manageable social recruiting program that is scalable and appropriate for the university. Social media provides an opportunity to change the way the university recruits and creates a powerful candidate engagement platform. She is focused on both talent engagement and direct recruiting.
This learning opportunity was partially supported by the professional development fund offered through the President's Commission on the Status of Women. The purpose of the fund is to support K-State full-time university support staff and unclassified professionals in obtaining profession development.
