Union Station by JP's hosts graduation buffet
Union Station by JP's, in the K-State Student Union, will offer a graduation buffet from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, May 12. Read the menu.
The brunch buffet will feature a carving station with smoked prime rib and herb and sea salt-encrusted pork loin. Other items include smoked wings, roasted potatoes, smokehaus macaroni and cheese, apple jalapeno slaw, a build-your-own salad, and fresh fruit and crudite. Muffins, scones, chocolate stout cake and an ice cream sundae/sandwich station will be served as desserts.
In keeping with the celebratory theme, Union Station by JP's will also offer mimosas, champagne and a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar.
