Candidate open forums for interim CEO and dean of K-State Polytechnic

The search committee invites faculty, staff and students to attend open forums presented by each of the two finalists interviewing for the interim CEO and dean of K-State Polytechnic position. The finalists are Andrew Bennett, head of the mathematics department, and Alysia Starkey, associate dean of academics and acting director of professional education and outreach at K-State Polytechnic.

The schedule of candidate open forums will be:

  • Alysia Starkey, 9:30-10:30 a.m., Monday, May 7, Polytechnic College Center Conference Room, Room 103.
  • Andrew Bennett, 9:30-10:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 8, Polytechnic College Center Conference Room, Room 103.

K-Staters are encouraged to review the application materials and attend each open forum session in which candidates have been asked, as interim CEO and dean of K-State Polytechnic, to describe his/her vision to effectively complement activity of the other K-State campuses and for growing enrollment at the Polytechnic campus.

Application materials and interview schedules are available on the Office of the Provost search website. Please be prepared to enter your K-State eID and password to access the information. For those unable to attend in person, the open forums will be streamed live and archived on the provost's search website. There also will be an online candidate feedback survey on that website.
