Campus communicators to get a taste, tour of Lacy's Fresh Fare and Catering April 19
Join the Communicators' Brown Bag group Thursday, April 19, for a taste and tour of Lacy's Fresh Fare and Catering, the newest addition to the College of Human Ecology.
Lacy's Fresh Fare and Catering is a student-operated teaching lab that offers a full lunch menu of soups, salads and sandwiches. Learn how the lab helps students gain transformational education experience while planning, preparing and managing the operation, and their marketing and communications strategies.
The group will meet at 11:30 a.m. at Lacy's in Justin Hall. View a PDF menu of available options. After ordering and paying for your meal, you may take it and enjoy it in Hoffman Lounge in Justin Hall.
A tour will begin at 12:20 p.m.
Lacy's, open to students, faculty, staff and the public, offers fresh prepared breakfast items and lunch menus from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
