Forbes names Manhattan among top small places for business and careers third year straight

Forbes magazine has named Manhattan No. 5 in the country for the best small places for business and careers. This is the third year in a row that Manhattan has made the list.
Forbes says Manhattan "is best known for being the home of Kansas State University, whose students play a large role in shaping the culture of the city."
