The K-State Libraries seeks feedback through survey

In a climate of scarce resources, it's increasingly important to provide and improve the library services the K-State community values most. The LibQUAL+ survey, which is active now through March 17, is an assessment tool that allows K-State Libraries to identify what those priorities are for its various constituencies.

If you haven't already, please complete the LibQUAL+ survey. It should take less than 10 minutes, and your responses will remain anonymous.

The Association of Research Libraries developed the LibQUAL+ survey to measure library service quality and identify best practices. K-State participated in LibQUAL+ in 2014, and K-State Libraries made several improvements based on the results. For example, K-State Libraries created more comfortable study areas, offered more timely assistance to library users and upgraded printing and wireless networks in partnership with Information Technology.
