Submitted by Savannah Sherwood

HandsOn Kansas State will host its first mobile food distribution of the semester in conjunction with Harvesters Community Food Network of Topeka from 4-6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 9, in parking lot C1, behind the Chester E. Peters Recreation Complex.

The mobile food distribution is open to anyone in the Manhattan community with fresh fruits and vegetables offered at no cost.

HandsOn Kansas State is looking for volunteers to help with the food distribution. For more information or questions about the mobile food distribution on Feb. 9 or to sign up as a volunteer, contact HandsOn Kansas State at handson@k-state.edu.

For more information, email Anahi Arce or Lindsey Hamner, student programs coordinators, at handson@k-state.edu.
