Discipline, absenteeism and EAP presentation June 28
Char Shropshire, assistant director in the Division of Human Resources, will present Discipline and Absenteeism (Course WTD129 session 0008) from 1:30–4:40 p.m. Thursday, June 28, in Room 212 of the K-State Student Union.
This session will discuss the most common disciplinary problems that supervisors face, help supervisors understand the four-step discipline procedure, discuss the university’s guidelines regarding classified staff attendance and how to conduct effective conversations with employees about leave issues. This session will also provide an overview of the Employee Assistance Program.
