Completing USS Annual Performance Evaluations sessions offered Dec. 14
Completing USS Annual Performance Evaluations, WTD212, will be offered four times — 8-9:30 a.m., 10-11:30 a.m., 12:30-2 p.m., and 2:30-4 p.m. — Thursday, Dec. 14, in 3042 College of Business Administration Building.
This highly interactive class will highlight the necessary points required for completing the university support staff annual performance review. Time will be given during the class for all participants to practice the necessary steps to accurately rate their employees, with the added feature of participatory help from employee relations and engagement staff.
Participants should bring a copy of at least one employee performance review in order to actively participate.
On Friday, Dec. 15, the employee relations and engagement staff will offer a walk-in clinic to assist supervisors in completing performance reviews and to answer any specific questions regarding the evaluation process. This is a first-come, first-served, one-on-one clinic in Edwards Hall. Those seeking assistance should check in at the Human Capital Services reception desk.
