Phi Kappa Phi hosts Princeton Review GMAT and GRE courses

Submitted by Joelle Pitts

The Kansas State University chapter of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi has partnered with the Princeton Review to offer K-State students two free courses exploring the GMAT and GRE tests.

The first course, GMAT vs. GRE, will take place from 5-6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, in Room 1109, the engineering auditorium in the engineering complex. It will cover the differences between the two tests, and which test might work with the strengths of individual students.

The second course, Math Boot Camp for GMAT and GRE, will be 5-6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 26, in Room 1109, the engineering auditorium in the engineering complex. Topics will include:

  • How to approach problems.
  • Review of math fundamentals.
  • Which basic math concepts are tested on the GRE and GMAT.

Registration is not required, but more information can be found on the Princeton Review website. Please send to students interested in graduate school.

Visit the Phi Kappa Phi website for more information and email Jane Schillie at schillie@k-state.edu with questions about either event.
