Take the Fruits and Veggies Challenge through HealthQuest

Submitted by Human Capital Services-Benefits

Do you still need HealthQuest credits for your 2018 health insurance premium discount? Are you looking to build healthy eating habits?

HealthQuest is sponsoring Color My Plate — Fruits and Veggies Challenge Sept. 6 through Oct. 4. Sign up for the challenge through your HealthQuest portal by Sept. 12.

After you've signed up, log your servings on the daily fruit and veggie tracker, or by using the food log. Your goal is to consume two servings of fruit and three servings of vegetables each day for five days a week. Participants who successfully meet at least 75 percent of this goal will earn four HealthQuest credits toward the 2018 health insurance premium discounts. Plan C members also will earn a $40 contribution in 2017.

Human Capital Services is committed to helping the K-State family focus on their personal well-being. Look for more wellness information on the Live Your Best website.
