Sign up for HealthQuest's Spring Into Action Cardio Challenge

Submitted by Human Capital Services - Benefits

To celebrate National Physical Fitness month, HealthQuest is launching Spring Into Action Cardio Challenge. The challenge runs through May 29 and will encourage you to stimulate your cardiac muscle with a goal of 90 minutes of exercise per week.

The challenge is worth four HealthQuest credits and is a great way of easing into a moderate exercise routine to help improve overall cardiovascular health. Participants are encouraged to spring into action by participating in weekly wellness activities.

Registration ends on May 7, so sign up today. Log into your HealthQuest account, locate the "Challenges" area and select "Sign Up."

Kansas HealthQuest is offering other challenges over the course of 2017. Upcoming challenges include Hydration Challenge, Fruit and Veggie Challenge, and Walking Tour of Kansas.

We love to hear about your wellness journey! Use the hashtag #purpleisprogress to connect with your K-State colleagues and see what they are doing to support their personal wellness.
