New assistant director to join Human Capital Services' talent acquisition team

Join the Division of Human Capital Services in welcoming Ben Jackson to the talent acquisition team.
Jackson will contribute as the assistant director and lead a team of strategic partners. He will be the liaison to the College of Arts and Sciences, assist with the development of talent acquisition strategies and work with the campus community to strengthen a dual career consultation program.
Jackson is an Army veteran and has more than 12 years of experience as a human resource generalist, leading the full recruiting life cycle in the health care industry, specifically developing strategies to maximize organizational effectiveness. He also is skilled at sourcing candidates, working with hiring managers to develop job descriptions that attract applicants and screening applicants for positions.
Jackson earned his professional in human resources certification, demonstrating his commitment to the field of human resources. He earned his master's in education from American InterContinental University and his bachelor's from Emporia State University.
