Provost and Senior Vice President April Mason introduced to the board Tammy Beckham, dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine; Peter Dorhout, vice president for research and president-elect of the American Chemical Society; and Kevin Gwinner, dean of the College of Business Administration.

Institutional performance agreements

The Regents approved a three-year performance agreement for K-State. Receipt of new state funds is contingent upon meeting goals outlined in the performance agreement.

Housing and dining rates

The Regents gave final approval for housing and dining rates for the 2017-2018 academic year. K-State's typical housing rate for the 2017-2018 academic year will increase by 2.8 percent ($65) and the typical dining rate will increase by a proposed 2.1 percent ($80).

Allocations for rehabilitations and repairs
