Governmental relations office hosts new brown bag series
This fall, the Office of Governmental Relations will host a series of Governmental Relations Brown Bags in an effort to keep the campus community informed on legislative issues affecting the university. All K-State faculty, staff and students are invited to bring a brown bag lunch and learn about informative topics relevant to K-State. Light refreshments will be provided.
The first brown bag in the series will feature Rep. Tom Phillips and Sen. Tom Hawk as they discuss elections and higher education issues in the Kansas Legislature. Join us from noon to 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28, in the K-State Student Union's Konza Room for this event.
