90-minute emergency light testing scheduled for Aug. 6-7

Submitted by James Seymour

A 90-minute emergency light testing is scheduled from 4-8 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 6, at Seaton Hall and the Environmental Research Lab, and from 8 a.m. to noon Sunday, Aug. 7, at the Hale Library book depository located at 5980 Corporate Drive, the Architecture Swing Space at 5970 Executive Court, and APDesign Shop.

This test will consist of turning off specific circuit breakers within the building. The entire building will not lose power, only portions at a time. Any electrical devices on these circuits will lose power during the test. Normal power should be restored no later than 8 a.m. on Aug. 6 and noon on Aug. 7.
