K-State Cancer Fighters sponsoring 50/50 fundraiser raffle
The K-State Cancer Fighters student organization will host a 50/50 charity raffle to raise funds for K-State's Johnson Cancer Research Center.
Chances will be sold for $2 per ticket or $5 for three tickets at 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 8-10, on the K-State Student Union terrace near Bosco Student Plaza, and 4:30-6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, in Derby Dining Center.
The drawing will be Friday, Feb. 12. One lucky winner will win half of the proceeds, with the other half benefiting the cancer research center. The winner will be announced via the Cancer Fighters' and center's social media platforms.
