"Rock/Paper/Xbox: Balancing Video Games and College Life" will be presented from 4-5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, in 13 Leasure Hall.
Video games are a great pastime and source of stress relief, and they also can become a distraction from schoolwork and an obstacle to graduating. This Kat Chat will discuss engaged and problematic play, how much is too much, and ideas for how to play games without being played yourself.
