Speaker to present lecture on African elections Sept. 29
The K-State political science department will host Nicolas van de Walle, Maxwell M. Upson professor and chair of the department of government at Cornell University, from 2:30-4:20 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, in 342 Waters Hall.
Van de Walle will present "Change and Continuity in African Electoral Politics, 1990-2015."
