Use an e-newsletter to reach alumni, donors and friends this fall semester; training offered Sept. 15

Submitted by Anne Rubash

An e-newsletter from your college, department or organization can keep alumni, donors and friends in the know about upcoming events and exciting changes. Do you have an esteemed new faculty member? Has someone won an award or made a discovery? Is something fun happening this fall that you need to let everyone know about?

Join us for a training session on e-newsletters at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, to learn the basics of a K-State branded Wordpress e-newsletter. We will conduct an interactive course on how to use the e-newsletter templates to convey all of your exciting news to external audiences.

This training is open to all K-State faculty and staff interested in starting or taking on an e-newsletter. Registration is required and space is limited. Register or request more information through Anne Rubash at arubash@k-state.edu or Kimberly Baccus at kbaccus@k-state.edu, or 785-532-2535 in the Division of Communications and Marketing.
