Make reservations now for first Tuesday Talk in Garden
Take your lunch break in the Kansas State University Gardens from 12:15-12:45 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6.
It's the first Tuesday Talk in the Garden at the Quinlan Visitor Center, 1500 Denison Ave. Master gardener Barbara Green and Judy F. Unruh will present "Monarch of the Butterflies," a discussion of the Monarch butterfly, which annually migrates through Kansas.
The event is free; just bring your own lunch. Reservations are required by Tuesday, Aug. 30, and can be made by email to Judy Unruh, coordinator of Tuesday Talks for the Friends of the KSU Gardens, at judy_unruh@att.net. Unruh said reservations will be confirmed by an email reply along with any printed materials pertinent to the topic of discussion.
