Central Mail Services mail route times to change July 1
Effective July 1, Central Mail Services will begin conducting the daily mail pickup and delivery at 9 a.m., instead of 1 p.m. Twice-a-day service to Anderson Hall will continue at 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Express and accountable mail will continue to be delivered early in the day.
This change is necessitated because of changes implemented by the U.S. Postal Service, which have affected Central Mail's daily operation.
As always, if you have anything requiring urgent attention, Central Mail Services will do whatever we can to assist. If you have a large mailing that needs to have postage applied but is not ready for the 9 a.m. pickup, please call us at 785-532-7751. We will come pick up the mailing, process it and get it to the vendor by the end of the day.
