Final Movie on the Grass showing Sunday
Movies on the Grass and Sunset Zoo are sponsoring the film "The Elephant in the Living Room" at 8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25, at the Sunset Zoo.
The film is free and open to the public. Bring a blanket or lawn chair.
"The Elephant in the Living Room" is a documentary film about the controversial American subculture of raising dangerous animals as household pets. Director Michael Webber follows the journey of two men at the heart of the issue. Tim Harrison wants to protect exotic animals and the public. Meanwhile, Terry Brumfield struggles to keep his two pet African lions that he loves like family.
