Saxophone professor featured as guest American artist for SaxFest Costa Rica International
Anna Marie Wytko, associate professor of saxophone, was a featured guest American artist for SaxFest Costa Rica International March 9-13 in San Jose, Costa Rica.
Wytko, who is a Yamaha performing artist clinician, performed composer Paul Richards' "Bat Out of Hell" as soloist with the San Jose National Wind Symphony. Additionally, as guest professor of the University of Costa Rica, Wytko presented master classes where she mentored solo and chamber musicians from around the world.
