Professional development funding available
The President's Commission on the Status of Women's Professional Development Fund is accepting applications for financial assistance to attend seminars, workshops and conferences. Are you a full-time K-State university support staff member or unclassified non-faculty professional who has been employed by the university in a full-time position for at least one full academic year?
Payment for up to 50 percent of expenses — $500 maximum per academic year — may be awarded based on the number of requests received and the ability of the employee's department or unit to provide partial funding.
