K-State CrossFit is an official CrossFit affiliate in the kinesiology department. Our staff of highly trained and certified professionals will help you work toward your fitness goals and have fun while doing it.

Our focus is education, safety and improvement. All ages, abilities and skill levels are welcome. No previous CrossFit experience is required and we are open to anyone. Our goal is to provide individual attention in a structured group setting. Workouts vary daily and our coaches are skilled at modifying workouts and exercises to meet your needs.

K-State CrossFit is located in 4 Natatorium, next to the swimming pool.

We offer a free introductory class with different workouts at 10 a.m. every Saturday. We also offer a power flow yoga class at 8 a.m. on all but the first Saturday of the month for just $3. Come, feel free to bring a friend and experience our fabulous and supportive community.

Our other programs:

Youth Classes from 4-5 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays for ages 10-14. The first class is free.

Regular CrossFit Classes schedule
Functional Fitness and Mobility from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

We also are on the leading edge of CrossFit exercise research. Katie Heinrich has made national news with her National Institutes of Health grant that researches the Army's fitness programs.
