Information Technology Services updating email authentication system

Beginning at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, Information Technology Services will perform an upgrade to the email authentication system. It is anticipated that this process will take the entire evening. During this time, email clients — Outlook, MacMail, etc. — may not work. Information Technology Services recommends that users access their email by going to webmail.ksu.edu during maintenance.
The purpose of this maintenance is to prepare Office 365 for the addition of OneDrive and free personal access to Microsoft Office for students, faculty and staff home computers. We thank you for your patience as we work to bring these applications online.
