Beach Museum of Art announces holiday hours
The Beach Museum of Art galleries will be open Dec. 20-22 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The galleries will be closed from Dec. 23 through Jan. 2. Regular hours will resume Tuesday, Jan. 3. The Beach Museum of Art's regular hours are Tuesday-Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
The current temporary exhibition features work by Kansas State University department of art faculty members. Works permanently on display draw from the museum's collection of more than 7,000 items, most with a tie to Kansas or this region. More information is available at beach.k-state.edu.
Family visitors can enhance their visit by using the ArtTotes or Exploraton Station. Ask the gallery attendants at the main desk for details.
The Beach Museum of Art is on the southeast corner of the K-State campus at 14th Street and Anderson Avenue. Admission and parking are free.
