Call for class proposals: May/August 2012 intersession

Submitted by Rosanna Vail

Intersession class proposals for the May/August 2012 sessions are due Jan. 15, 2012.

Developing and teaching an on-campus or online class allows you to teach in topic areas that may not be offered during the regular academic year. Intersession classes help students earn credits between terms to get ahead in their programs and take courses of more specialized interest to them.

Online classes allow instructors and students to complete a class regardless of their summer location. May intersession, May 14 to June 1, and August intersession, July 30 to Aug. 17, are part of the summer 2012 term.

Proposals can be submitted for classes consisting of one to three credit hours. Noncredit class proposals are also accepted.

View General Information for Faculty to submit your class proposal and see current dates and deadlines. Contact Ron Jackson at 785-532-5575 or informationdce@k-state.edu with additional questions.
