Wellness challenge presentation Jan. 4
Paul Sandburg, onsite health promotions manager for Alere, will present a session on the New Year, New You! wellness challenge from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2012, in Room 212 of the K-State Student Union.
Paul will highlight the wellness challenge, which runs from Jan. 9–30; perform an exercise demonstration, no equipment needed; and present a demonstration of the Health Portal.
This event would count as a HealthQuest approved activity worth two credits for the new Rewards Progam. To earn credits, participants should complete the self-report form on the wellness portal at KansasHealthQuest.com
