Social Media Round Table to meet Thursday

Submitted by Sheila Ellis-Glasper

Calling all social media coordinators and administrators across campus. The K-State Social Media Round Table will start at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, in the Hemisphere Room on the fifth floor of Hale Library.

The discussion will focus on LinkedIn best practices and how the university can leverage new LinkedIn features — including decision boards and university rankings — to increase presence on the social media channel.

The purpose of Social Media Round Table is to provide a forum for collaboration and to provide suggestions for the use of social media channels for the Kansas State University community. We welcome participation from any person on campus who is involved in administering social media for a college, school, department, unit or organization.
