Anthropology faculty present at anthropological conference
Archaeology faculty presented their current research at the 72nd Plains Anthropological Conference, Oct. 29-Nov. 1, at Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Lauren Ritterbush, associate professor, presented "Kanza Stability and Change, 1790-1830" in the symposium "Cultural Change in Kansa Society During the Contact Period: Insights from Recent Archeological and Ethnohistorical Investigations."
Brad Logan, research associate professor, and Ritterbush presented "An Archaeological Panorama in the Central Plains" in the Central Plains and Midwest session, which was chaired by Logan.
