Division of Human Capital Services announces appointment
Effective immediately, Gary Leitnaker is appointed to the director of labor relations and special projects.
In this role, Leitnaker is involved in the development and planning of the meet and confer process. Leitnaker will provide day-to-day consulting, mediation and facilitation as well as guidance regarding employment issues, including corrective action, grievance resolution and other human capital matters. Additionally, Leitnaker will work on several special projects in the Division of Human Capital Services.
