K-State to begin offering academic, life skills coaching for students

Submitted by Andrea Lo and Scott Voos

K-State will begin offering academic and life skills coaching for students who need it.

We are looking for referrals from faculty and staff because you are on the front lines, and you know which students will be able to benefit the most from this resource.

We are seeking students who are not achieving as well as they could and would benefit from extra support. We will partner with students to work on study skills, time management, getting involved on campus, staying motivated, tackling procrastination, talking to professors, getting connected to other campus resources, and more.

If you know any students you would like to refer to coaching, please have them call or stop by the Academic Assistance Center in 101 Holton Hall or call 785-532-6492 and ask to make an appointment with Andrea Lo or Scott Voos.
