Political science faculty, student present at national conference

Carla Martinez Machain, assistant professor of political science, and Jared Oestman, master's student in security studies, presented the co-authored paper "Does Counterterrorism Militarize Foreign Aid?" at the annual meeting of Peace Science Society, Oct. 9-11, at the University of Pennsylvania.
