Update: Work continues to restore iSIS services

Submitted by Kenneth Stafford

iSIS access has been temporarily suspended for the majority of users until Information Technology Services can recover data from a recent backup, announced July 16 in K-State Today.

Information Technology Services is working with key stakeholders to develop a plan to restore iSIS transactions from July 10-15.

iSIS will be opened for campuswide use after as many transactions as possible have been restored. Again, Information Technology Services appreciates the patience of the campus community as we continue to restore iSIS to the fullest extent possible.

Updates will be posted to the www.k-state.edu/its/status page and in K-State Today. Contact the IT Help Desk for further information at 785-532-7722, 800-865-6143 or helpdesk@k-state.edu.
