Eugene Russell presents at Transportation and Development Institute conference
Eugene Russell, professor emeritus of civil engineering, presented "Accommodating Oversize/Overweight vehicles at Roundabouts" at the American Society of Civil Engineers and Transportation and Development Institute Congress 2014, June 8-11 in Orlando, Florida.
The congress brought together practicioners, researchers, designers and contractors from nine countries around the world to discuss advances in transportation and modes of travel.
