Annual fire systems inspections during January
During the month of January, Simplex Grinnell will be conducting annual fire alarm testing in the following buildings:
Hale Library, Campus Creek, Thompson, McCain, Hoeflin Stonehouse, Child Development Center, Bramlage, Ahearn, Ward, Leasure, Burt, Dickens, Calvin, Fairchild, Waters, Waters Annex, Kedzie, Seaton Hall/Court and Residence Hall, Harbin Hall at K-State Salina.
To reduce the number of building occupants interrupted by the sound of alarms, the emergency fire systems will be tested during the hours of 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., unless otherwise arranged.
Police dispatch, Division of Facilities and the Manhattan Fire Department will be notified for each building at the start of the evening. Please refer your comments and questions to safety@k-state.edu or call 785-532-5856.
