Submitted by Doran Herbel

Kansas State University Division of Public Safety and Big Poppi Bicycle company are holding a benefit bicycle drawing for Tina Sheaves, a K-State student and part-time employee of the Division of Public Safety who was diagnosed with bone cancer.

The bicycle is  a 2013 Giant Inspire Avail women's road bike valued at $1,400. Tickets are being sold by the Kansas State University Police Department and Big Poppi Bicycle Co. and can be purchased at both locations. The police department will also be in the K-State Student Union today and tomorrow over the lunch hour. All proceeds from the ticket sales will go to Tina Sheaves.

More information about the benefit and Sheaves is available online.
