Have you wondered if publishing in an open access journal is the right choice for you? Are you interested in learning more about the benefits of open access to the social sciences and humanities? Jim Gilden, editor for SAGE Open Sales, will be visiting K-State to talk about open access options available for you.

Join us at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, in 401 Hale Library, to learn more about open access in the social sciences and humanities. Gilden will discuss the benefits of open access, go over some of the information — and misinformation — available about open access, and provide a brief overview of what SAGE offers. He also will answer any questions you may have about open access publishing.

If you have any questions about open access or Gilden's visit, please contact Jenny Oleen, scholarly communications librarian.
