DeGroat presents research at Midwest Academy of Management 56th Annual Conference

Art DeGroat, director of military affairs, was selected to present his research work "Encouraging Positive Character Development: Revist and Expansion" Oct. 9-12 at the Midwest Academy of Management's 56th annual conference in Milwaukee, Wis.
DeGroat co-presented his collaborative work with Thomas A. Wright, the Felix Larkin distinguished professor of management, Fordham University, N.Y. DeGroat and Wright are conducting applied research work in individual character assessment and development among preprofessional military college students in effort to enhance performance and well-being.
