Call for Proposals for Event 1: Sustainable Campus

Areas of focus for presenters include any or all of the following:

  1. Research projects
  2. Sustainability initiatives
  3. Informational sessions
  4. Engagement practices and strategies
  5. Curriculum related to sustainability

Event 1:  Sustainable Campus

Date: Friday, November 11, 2016
When: 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Where: Town Hall Leadership Studies Building

The topic “Sustainable Campus” will encompass any research projects, sustainability initiatives, informational sessions, engagement practices and strategies, or curriculum related to sustainability that is focused on campus sustainability.

Information for Presenters

Speakers will have 8 minutes to present and will participate in a panel discussion following presentations.  The purpose of the panel discussion is to generate ideas of how people can get involved in sustainability on campus.

Application Instructions

To submit a proposal for K-State Sustainability Engagement Series Event 1: Sustainable Campus please provide: 1) Presenters’ name and contact information, 2) Type of presentation, 3) Description of your presentation (no more than one page), and 4) Short bio about each presenter through the Qualtrics survey using the following link:
